9am-4pm- Livestock Judging Clinic with members of the Texas Tech Livestock Judging team Judge classes, learn about selection and reasons, and participate in a mini-contest. Awards: Banners for top 10 in each age category.
5pm-7pm- Palouse Preview with experience-based showmanship and judge feedback for all species. Advanced show first, come and learn from both the expert showmen AND the judges. Awards: Banners to top three showmen in each experience category and species.
Saturday (8/3)
8am-4pm- Palouse Classic is a typical jackpot style show with age-based showmanship, breeding, and market classes. Awards: Buckles to grand and reserve in each category, banners for top 5 overall and top 3 in divisions and payouts based on entries.
5pm-7pm- Sunset Showdown is one more age-based showmanship opportunity. Pick a single species, put on your t-shirt (provided if you enter by July 19th), and come show your stuff again. Awards: Banners to top 5 in each age group, payouts based on entries.
