The Fair and Events Center Office is open weekdays from 9am to 1pm and afternoons by appointment. Staff is very often onsite in the afternoons, but we may be working outside somewhere on the grounds.... so you may have to walk around to locate us.

The office will be closed on the following recognized holidays in 2025 and for some travel events:

May 26 - Memorial Day
June 19 - Juneteenth
July 4 - Independence Day
September 1 - Labor Day
October 13 - Indigenous Peoples Day
November 27 - Thanksgiving Day
November 28 - Employee Appreciation Day
December 24 - Christmas Eve
December 25 - Christmas Day
