Chip Gilliam Memorial Program

In 1997 the Chip Gilliam Memorial Loan Program was established to help Latah County youth with financial assistance for their 4-H and FFA market animal projects.

Loan applications are due to the Fair Office by March 31 of each year, and can only be submitted by Latah County 4-H or FFA members, with approval of their 4-H/FFA leaders.

Initial application review and awards will be completed at the April meeting of the Latah County Fair Board, later applications may be considered if funding is available.
