The Latah County Fair is located in Moscow, Idaho and is held each year on the 2nd weekend after Labor Day in September.
This is a four-day admission-free fair, welcoming approximately 25,000 visitors. If you are interested in renting exhibit space, please take a few moments to read the appropriate application. Because of increased demand for exhibit space and the limited number of spaces, there is not a separate fee structure for for-profit or non-profit vendors.
Priority application deadlines is March 1st for Food Concessions Vendors and for Commercial Vendors.
An application does not guarantee you a contract. If your application is approved, a contract will be sent to you.

We will not be issuing contracts until Spring 2025 but would love to have your application on file as soon as possible.
Every effort will be made to assign a space close to your requested location. Final booth assignment shall be based on space availability, exhibitor preference, traffic control, and the duplication of similar types of businesses. Exhibitors must provide all of their own display materials, decorations, tables, chairs, extension cords, etc.
The Fair requires all food concession vendors to have comprehensive damage and bodily injury liability insurance policies, as well as product liability if food samples are provided. A certificate of insurance shall be furnished to the Fair manager at time of contract.
Fair hours are Thursday 1pm to 9:30pm, Friday & Saturday 11am to 9:30pm, Sunday 11am to 5pm. Indoor commercial vendor booths will close at 8:30pm on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
NEW for 2025 are twelve NEW 10x10 vendor booths located directly between the Events Center and the Poultry/Rabbit Barn in our midway that leads to the Carnival. These spots will have a shared power source, BUT booth setup in not until Wednesday of Fair Week, due to traffic patterns are Monday/Tuesday, early setup is not possible. All vendors are expected to be open and interacting with the public during the entire time frame of the fair.
